Welcome to Class 3!
Welcome to Class 3 – Mr. Malley, Mrs. O'Leary and Mrs. Liston-Smith.
I am very excited to be your teacher this year! I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself.
I enjoy P.E, Maths and Computing. My favourite hobby is swimming. I love spending time with my family whilst playing different types of games, watching TV together and going on long walks together. We also have many different days out including going to the zoo and exploring different nature reserves.
Our class is a single age class of Year 3 children.
We have a lot of exciting learning ahead of us this year!
We will be learning about 'The Ever Changing World' and the artist Yayoi Kusama.
In Science, we will be looking at different materials - Solids, Liquids and Gases and also finding out all about the body, looking at the different parts of the body and looking at the digestive system.
In Maths, we will be looking at Place Value, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division.
In English, we will be reading lots of different types of texts. Looking at different characters and settings.
I am sure we will have a FANTASTIC YEAR of learning!
